Need advertising help
to help fund my real estate deals. I'm planning on placing ads in
free listings to begin with, starting with craigslist. I was hoping
that I could get help with my ad copy from some of you marketing
experts! Oddly enough, I used to be an advertising major but that
was YEARS ago and I'm really not very good anymore! Anywho, here's
the ad I posted to craigslist:

Would you say that this would draw you in if you were looking for an
investment vehicle? What would you do to "fix" it?
The ph # is a freebie on aol, and I had written a pretty thorough
description of the program to be on this pre-recorded line.
That
way the folks who did leave a message would be fully qualified. The
problem I ran into was the length of the recording was too long for
the time that I'm allotted! So after re-recording several times, I
ended up taking out a chunk at the end and speeding up to an
uncomfortable rate of speech.
Does anyone know of any other free ph # alternatives? It has to be
something that I can access online and by phone, and that captures
every incoming call, whether they leave a msg or not.
Ok, last question (for tonight). I know of craigslist and recently
learned of backpage, but what are some other choices for free
classifieds? How do I know where to post them to get them actually
read?
I know, lots of questions. I think I'm just pretty clueless in this
dept.
